Designing Tontravel in 30 Days: The Telegram Travel App That Captivated 190K+ Crypto Natives
How we designed the full mobile experience, built the brand identity from scratch, and shipped a high-converting landing page under 30 days — just in time for Proof of Talk Summit in Paris.
The Challenge
Entravel is a B2B hotel distribution platform connecting travelers with unbeatable rates at top-tier hotels.

Mathias Nielsen and his team needed to launch a completely new brand and product experience - Tontravel.

They already had a working engine (Entravel), but the UX, identity, and presentation needed a bold redesign to attract a new crypto-native audience on Telegram.‍

(Tontravel has since evolved into EntravelX — our work was done under the TonTravel brand)
The biggest challenge:
Build everything from scratch in under 30 days.
Make it look “cool, premium, and crypto-native” — not like Booking.com or other classic hotel booking platforms.
Coordinate the development handoff simultaneously with the design process.
Our Solution
We started from the ground up — reimagining Entravel’s ecosystem through a Telegram-native and crypto-vibe lens.

We kicked off with a one-on-one brand strategy call to clarify:

1. The target audience — young, male, crypto-native users from the TON ecosystem.

2. The desired brand personality — bold, clean, confident, trustworthy, cool.

3. The emotional goal — “feels premium without pretending to be luxury”.

From there, we built a visual and UX direction inspired by Solana, MultiversX, and Telegram — merging minimal Scandinavian aesthetics with Web3 energy.

Brand identity from scratch (logo system, color palette, typography, visual language)
Landing page design & fast build with motion-animated hero
Logo + splash screen and other motion design elements for the app
Dedicated Design Board & Communication Channels which enabled quick iterations, seamless communication and continuous improvement.
Everything was structured for speed, consistency, and developer clarity inside Figma — ensuring an effortless build by Entravel’s team.

The Results
TonTravel launched successfully in time for Proof of Talk Summit in Paris in June 2025, during a fireside chat with Pavel Durov (founder of Telegram), earning immediate attention from both Telegram users and investors.

The development team reported zero major issues during handoff — the Figma setup made the development process seamless.

The launch website attracted real signups, and the project’s Telegram channel surpassed 190,000 members in just 5 months.

Today, TonTravel continues under a new name — EntravelX — as one of the most ambitious Web3 travel platforms.
